Making Paste With Wheat Starch

	The tools and equipment needed are: a controllable heat source, a double boiler, a method of timing, a mixing spoon, and clean containers for mixing and the cooked paste. Also it should be noted that not all starches are refined in the same manner nor are the same grade of purity. When considering the material to be used for paste, select only the purest form of starch.
